Next Year in Jerusalem!

If you Jew- you must go to Israel to visit, to stay here. You will be love Israel as all Israelis. In Israel you can always feel:
I came back to home. It’s my land, ancestral land!

What, then, does it mean for today's Jew to utter the words "Next year in Jerusalem”?

wailingwall4_freeTraditionally, Jerusalem has been the focus of longing for Diaspora Jews, who were forced from their land and the Temple of their God.
Psalm 137 is the well-known lament of the Babylonian Jews, who wept "by the rivers of Babylon":

How shall we sing the LORD's song in a strange land? If I forget thee, O, Jerusalem, let my right hand forget her cunning. If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy.

Dear Jews!

Did you ever seen Jerusalem????

Visitors, who came to the Western Wall, look up at the ancient stones, can see last remnant of the Temple in Jerusalem.  This place always surrounded by hundred and hundred numbers of people: Families are come to celebrate a Bar Mitzvah, here is many tourists, and people who comes for a heartfelt prayer and put the note-prayer in the cracks between the stones. You feel that there is the most sacred place in the world to the Jewish people.

The Western Wall was part of the most magnificent building in Jerusalem. It was one of four walls Herod the Great built to support the plaza on which the Temple stood.  The rest can still be seen inside the Western Wall Tunnel.

The earliest note regarding Jerusalem states that Adam, the first man, was created in the same place, where in future the Altar would stand in the Holy Temple in Jerusalem. After he was ejected from the Garden of Eden, he returned to this spot to offer a sacrifice to God. It is believed that Adam lived in Jerusalem all of his life.

Who was the first, who linked the Jewish people to Jerusalem? It was Abraham when he offered Isaac in sacrifice on Mount Moriah, the Temple Mount, which now in a higher place, behind the Wall.
This Stone, over which the Dome of the Rock, known in Jewish tradition as the Foundation Stone of the world.

Rachel's Tomb is the 3rd most important Jewish holy site.
Her son Joseph, who was seven years old when his mother died, was sold into slavery. On his way to Egypt, when the caravan passed Bethlehem, he escaped and ran to his mother's grave.
"Mother!”- He beseeched.  "Please save me. Please save me,"- he cried.
"Don't be afraid," he heard his mother's voice answer him. "Go with them, and may the Lord be with you."
Of all the Matriarchs, Rachel stands out as the loving mother of her children throughout the generations

Rachel's tomb has equal status with the Tombs of the Patriarchs as the oldest place of prayer. To this very day, men and women go to Rachel's Tomb to shed tears and beg "Mother Rachel" to intercede with God on their behalf -- for the health of a loved one or for Divine Intervention for those in need.  Rachel who ultimately became mother of the Jewish People, has become a special symbol of hope for childless women..  Hundreds of requests are sent every month to the Committee For Rachel's Tomb from Jews world wide, requesting prayers to be said on behalf of the ill, the childless and those in need of a special blessing.

Safed (Tzfat) is one of the four holy cities in Israel, together with Jerusalem, Hebron and Tiberias.
Its past is also rich and great. According to legend, Safed is where Shem and Ever, son and grandson of Noah, established their yeshiva where Jacob studied for many years.  The city flourished in the 16th century, when many famous Jewish religious scholars and mystics moved to Safed fleeing from the horrors of the Inquisition. Safed then became the spiritual center of the Jewish world, where Kabbalah reached the peak of its influence. In now days Safed famous in all over the world, because Kaballah interesting and attractive for all people, who want to know: who we are, where we go, what can we do?
The old part of town consists of narrow alleys, galleries of artists, medieval synagogues.
It is a city of history and tradition. Visit Tzfat is a picturesque city of spiritualists and artists, wrapped in mysticism and mystery, and steeped in sacred atmosphere.

The work of famous rabbis and miracle workers is evident throughout the Holy Land, yet in no other region one finds as many tombs and sites of pilgrimage as in the Galilee. Pilgrims travel to tombs of rabbinical healers and miracle workers to pray for health, happiness or for finding love; yearly celebrations mark the anniversaries of the rabbis’ deaths.

Yad Vashem -"Holocaust Martyrs' and Heroes' Remembrance Authority" is Israel's official memorial to the Jewish victims of the Holocaust . The origin of the name is from a Biblical verse: "And to them will I give in my house and within my walls a memorial and a name (Yad Vashem) that shall not be cut off." (Isaiah, chapter 56, verse 5).
Holocaust History Museum, memorial sites, such as the Children's Memorial and the Hall of Remembrance, The Museum of Holocaust Art, sculptures.
Yad Vashem honors non-Jews, who saved Jews during the Holocaust, at personal risk, as "Righteous Among the Nations."
At the end of the Holocaust History Museum is the Hall of Names, a memorial to the 6 million Jews who perished in the Holocaust.
