Day 1
|
Arrival at the Ben Gurion airport. Individual transfer to Netanya. Free day on the Mediterranean coast.

Day 2
|
Tour of Jerusalem. The tour starts from the observation deck atop the Mount of Olives which opens up an amazing view of the Old City with its churches and temples, mosques and ancient walls of the Temple Mount complex. Descent into the valley of the brook Kidron to the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin. Entrance through Jaffa Gate in the Armenian Quarter of the Old City, short walk and visit to the Western Wall - the main Jewish shrines. Picturesque bazaar in the Christian quarter leads to the stations of the Cross (Via Dolorosa) and the holiest site in all Christendom - Holy Sepulcher, the place of crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Walking through the Byzantine streets leads to the central avenue of ancient Jerusalem - Cardo street, full of art galleries and souvenir shops. The Jewish Quarter where the nearby UT archaeological excavations since the First and Second Temples co-exist with modern apartment buildings inhabited mostly by ultraorthodox Jews. Exit from the Old City through Zion Gate, visit to the upper chambers of the Last Supper and the Tomb of King David. A small stop to admire the Judean desert and Bethlehem. Sightseeing tour of the New City, overview of the building of the Knesset (Israeli Parliament), a large brass Menorah (seven-branched candelabrum - a symbol of the State of Israel), a museum where Dead Sea Scrolls are kept, and government buildings. Visiting the memorial complex "Yad Vashem - Holocaust Museum".

Day 3
|
Free time. Walk along the promenade, visit cafes, restaurants, swim in the Mediterranean sea and rest.

Day 4
|
Visiting Qumran, the Dead Sea, Masada. A trip through the hills of Judea desert, past the Good Samaritan Shelter, along the picturesque coast of the Dead Sea to the ancient fortress of Masada erected 2000 years ago by King Herod the Great. Ascent to the mountain by cable car, examination of Herod's palaces and baths, mosaics and ancient synagogue, the remains of the military camps of the Roman legions besieging a fortress, and the majestic silence of the salt lake and surrounding desert. Walk past the oasis of Ein Gedi where pure water is flowing creek, observation of mountain goats and beautiful gazelles. Stop at Qumran Archaeological Park where you can see the excavations of ancient settlements and caves which were mentioned in the Dead Sea Scrolls. Relaxing and swimming at beautiful beaches, mud masks and bath of medical, natural mineral-rich mud from the Dead Sea – the lowest place on earth (400 metres below the sea level). Overnight in Netanya.

Day 5
|
Transfer to the Tel-Aviv airport. Flight to the city of Eilat by the Israeli airlines. Accommodation in hotel.

Day 6
|
Visiting Petra (Jordan) - Capital of the Nabatey Kingdom. Nowadays Petra is recognized as one of the world’s seven miracles. The city is accessed through a breathtaking narrow 1.5 km long canyon, at the end of which you will be surprised to see huge ancient tombs, theatre, temples, streets and city aqueducts – all carved out of differently-coloured rocks. All of these are the remains of the city which used to be a secret capital for nomads who became very reach by selling spices and aromas two thousand years ago. Thousands of Petra’s famous places of interest amaze millions of travelers from all over the world who keep coming back over and over again.

Day 7
|
Free day in Eilat, leisure time at the Red Sea. Available upon request (for an additional price): sailing on a yacht, riding a hydrocycle, diving, riding a jeep in a desert, visiting an underground observatory, Coral reef, city of the Kings etc. Departure to Cairo in the evening.

Day 8
|
Arrival in Cairo in the morning. Breakfast. Visiting one of the world's miracles – the famous Giza pyramid complex. The Great Sphinx. Factory of aromas and papyruses. Salah El Din Citadel.
Accommodation in hotel. Rest.
There are two options available in the evening: - visiting laser sound show at the Pyramids and the Sphinx; - taking a cruise over the Nile river including musical program and a supper.

Day 9
|
Breakfast. Continuing tour of Cairo. Visiting the Archaeological museum of Cairo. Excursion to the Old City. Visiting the Even Ezra synagogue, Coptic Orthodox church and remains of the Babylon fortress. Free time to make purchases at the Khan el-Khalili market.
In the afternoon - moving to Taba, border crossing, return to Israel.
